CVLCC Middle - Expanded Learning Opportunities Program
The YMCA programs are operated in partnership with the Chula Vista Learning Community Charter and are designed to supplement the academic school day. They are offered free of charge to those families who are enrolled. The funding provided by the state of California mandates that certain attendance criteria be followed.

Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Elementary and Middle Schools, in partnership with the YMCA Expanded Learning Programs, and through funding provided by the California Department of Education, are excited to have partnered again in order to continue providing an exciting free program opportunity for CVLCC families known as CLUB CVLCC. The goal of CLUB CVLCC is to create a unifying and comprehensive program experience designed for our CVLCC families across our charter campuses. Our programs are funded through After School Education and Safety (ASES) grants and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) funds. These state-funded programs have eligibility criteria, but are accessible to all, subject to capacity. Before and After School programs are offered at the Elementary School campus, while only an After School Program is offered at the Middle School campus.
Through the CVLCC and YMCA partnership, our vision is to collaborate with families and communities to offer students safe and nurturing expanded learning programs that prepare them for college, career, and life, that offer enrichment activities in academics, athletics, performing arts, and STEM.
Participants must be entering grades 7 to 8.
Registration starts on 04/07/2025 and ends on 06/05/2026.
Participants may register at any time during this period.
Please contact CVLCC Charter Schools if you have any questions.
